Cancellation Policy At Unified Bodyworks, we understand that life happens. However, to respect our therapists' time, we require a credit card to be held on file at the time of booking. No payment is taken upfront. Same-day cancellations (made after 12:00 AM on the day of your appointment) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. By booking, you consent to these charges being applied to the card on file. Likewise, our therapists commit to providing ample notice if they must cancel due to illness or emergency. This is always a last resort, and we will work quickly to reschedule your session.
